How It Works

From picking the right material to having it delivered at your site — here's the full process, step by step.

5 Steps to Delivery

Simple, transparent, and designed around your schedule.

1

Browse & Pick Your Material

Visit our Shop page and browse our full catalog of bulk aggregates — baserock, drain rock, crushed rock, decomposed granite, sand, mulch, topsoil, and more. Each product listing includes pricing per ton or yard, typical use cases, and sizing info.

Not sure which material is right for your project? No problem — call or text us at [PHONE] and we'll help you choose.

💡
Pro Tip For driveways, start with baserock as your compacted base layer, then add crushed rock or gravel on top for the finish surface.
2

Calculate How Much You Need

Use our free material calculator — enter your project length, width, and depth, select the material, and we'll calculate cubic yards, estimated tons, and a ballpark price estimate. A 10% waste buffer is built in automatically.

You can also call us with your measurements and we'll do the math for you.

📐
Typical depths by application Driveways: 6–8" of baserock + 2–3" of surface gravel. Pathways: 2–4". Garden beds: 2–3" of mulch. DG / decomposed granite: 3–4" compacted.

4

Confirm & Schedule

Once we confirm your quote, we'll lock in a delivery date and time window that works for you. We'll confirm the delivery address, any access details (gate codes, tight driveways, specific dump locations), and payment.

📍
Access tips Let us know in advance about tight gates, low overhead clearance, weight restrictions, or HOA rules. Our driver will confirm the safest drop location.
5

We Deliver — Done

On delivery day, our driver shows up with your material in our Super 10 (18 tons) or Transfer Dump (24 tons) truck. The driver will place the material exactly where you indicate — driveway, backyard, jobsite, wherever it needs to go.

That's it. No hassle, no multiple trips to a landscape yard, no renting a trailer. Just material, delivered to your site.

After delivery If there are any issues with the material or quantity, contact us right away. We stand behind our work and will make it right.

Common Questions

Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not always. If you've given us clear instructions on where to drop the material and there's no gate code required, we can often deliver while you're away. Let us know your preference when scheduling.
What if I order too much or too little?
Use our calculator with a 10% buffer to avoid running short. If you do need more, we can schedule a second delivery. We can't take back unused material, so it's better to order slightly more than less for most projects.
Can trucks access my property?
Our Super 10 can access most residential streets and driveways. The Transfer Dump is larger and needs more clearance. Let us know about tight access or weight-restricted roads when requesting a quote and we'll advise on the best truck for your site.
Do you deliver to job sites?
Yes. We serve both residential and commercial/contractor job sites. For contractors with ongoing material needs, ask us about contractor accounts with priority scheduling.
How do I pay?
Payment details are confirmed when we finalize your quote. Ask about accepted payment methods when you contact us — we'll make sure it's convenient for you.
